Over the past year, as AI reshaped how work gets done, I moved away from running a large agency and toward more hands-on work directly with founders.
What I've found is that most companies don't have an ideas problem. They have a prioritization problem and a momentum problem. I help with both — cutting through the noise to find the highest-leverage move, then helping your team execute faster than they thought possible. I work with a small number of companies at a time. I'm currently at capacity for ongoing roles, but I'm happy to hear from founders and can often help through a focused working session.
Most engagements start with a single 90-minute working session before we decide what, if anything, makes sense next.
