Over the past year, as AI reshaped how work gets done, I moved away from running a large agency and toward more hands-on work directly with startups.
The primary ways I help companies today:
- Marketing leadership: I fractionally run your marketing function, using the frameworks I’ve developed over the past 15 years to drive consistent, measurable growth.
- Product-market fit: I run PMF surveys and analysis to help clarify product direction, positioning, and go-to-market.
- Coaching and advising: I work directly with founders and executives through difficult moments - fundraising, scaling, founder conflict or separation, and other high-stakes decisions.
When helpful, I can also connect you with trusted designers, media buyers, and operators from my network.
I work with a small number of companies at a time. I’m currently at capacity for ongoing roles, but I’m still happy to hear from founders and can often help through a focused working session.
