With the shifts we’ve seen in AI over the past year, I’ve moved away from running a large agency and toward more hands-on work directly with startups, assisted by AI.
The primary ways I help companies today:
- Marketing leadership: I fractionally run your marketing function, using the frameworks I’ve developed over the past 15 years to drive consistent, measurable growth.
- Product-market fit: I run PMF surveys and analysis to help clarify product direction, positioning, and go-to-market.
- Coaching and advising: I work directly with founders and executives through difficult moments - fundraising, scaling, founder conflict or separation, and other high-stakes decisions.
I can also help assemble and guide a small bench of contractors or specialists from my network to help execute.
